Campmaster Corps

Do you have an interest in helping others, an ability in outdoor Scouting skills (not necessarily an expert in all), as well as the ability to get along with others?  Would you like to spend a couple of weekends or more during the year at one of our camps having fun and helping others?  Then we have an opportunity for you.  The Council Camping Committee would like to invite you to join the newly revived Campmaster Corps.

The Campmaster Corps is a volunteer organization in council which helps to run program at council camps.  Council camps needing Campmaster volunteers are Camp Balboa, Youth Aquatic Center & Mataguay Scout Reservation.  This program is a perfect mechanism for passing on your scouting knowledge to other Scouters and Scouts alike.  Everyone can afford to provide two weekends a year to do some volunteer work and you you have the opportunity to stay at one of the three great council camps.
